Form Kartu Stock

Form Kartu stock digunakan untuk melihat stock perobat/BMHP. Untuk mencetak tekan tombol cetak atau untuk yang berbentuk file microsoft office excel tekan tombol cetak. Contoh hasil cetak seperti gambar berikut:
